3) SeeShelter reserves the right to post or not post anything uploaded to this site at its sole discretion and SeeShelter.com may remove any content uploaded to this site at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

4) By uploading content to this site you understand and agree that content may also be shared on other SeeShelter sites and social media platforms.

5) User names and captions are added manually and we cannot guarantee that all photos will be posted with user names and/or captions. It is also possible that some platforms may display user names and/or captions and some may not.

6) All photos and GIF’s uploaded are reviewed for content prior to posting. Not every upload will be posted. While we try to post every photo and GIF that is uploaded to us, it is not always possible to do so, even uploads that have no questionable content. Some postings may just take longer than others to get posted. Postings may occur at any time following upload. There is no guarantee when or if any photo or GIF will be posted.

7) All photos and GIF’s are subject to alteration as needed, at SeeShelter’s sole discretion, to comply with necessary size, file size, or runtime requirements of the site which may change without notice from time to time.

8) SeeShelter may edit out any content of any file uploaded to us at any time and at SeeShelter’s sole discretion.

9) SeeShelter does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, etc. ("Content") that is uploaded by any user on this platform. Likewise, SeeShelter does not use any content provided by users for any purposes other than the intended use of display on this website for the enjoyment of all users, however, by uploading, displaying, publishing, or posting any content on or through this platform, you, by default, grant to SeeShelter a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, delete all or part, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate content, including without limitation distributing part or all of the content in any media formats through any media channels to perform the intended purpose of displaying this content for public view or any other use intended, incidental, or unintended.
